What we collect

Account details (name, email, company), the contracts and property data you upload, and standard product telemetry (logs, usage events, IP). We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

To deliver the report or service you ordered, to support your account, to improve our models, and to communicate with you about the product.

Sharing

We share data with vetted subprocessors needed to operate the service. See our Subprocessor list.

Retention

Account and report data is retained for the life of your account plus a reasonable archival window. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Contact privacy@tenalytics.com.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access, and audit logging. Detailed practices are described in our DPA.
