Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Tenalytics services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

Tenalytics provides telecom intelligence reports and related software services for owners and operators of multifamily and single-family rental property portfolios.

3. Orders, payment, and refunds

Reports are sold per property or in volume packs. Subscription services are invoiced according to the order form. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: we automatically refund any TIR our pipeline cannot complete, automatically restore credits when a credit-funded TIR fails, and review manual refund requests submitted within seven days of delivery. Completed, delivered reports are otherwise non-refundable.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of any contracts and data you provide. We process that data only to deliver the services and improve our models in accordance with our DPA.

5. Intellectual property

Tenalytics retains all rights to its reports, models, and software. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables internally.

6. Disclaimers and limits

Reports are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months. No indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with notice and a reasonable cure period. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
