Refund Policy

Summary

Telecom Intel Reports (TIRs) and TIR 10-Packs are digital, made-to-order data products. They are non-refundable once delivered. We will, however, automatically refund any order our pipeline cannot complete and we restore credits when a credit-funded report fails.

1. Generation-failure refund

If our analysis pipeline cannot complete your TIR for technical reasons — for example, source documents that cannot be processed or an upstream service outage that exceeds our retry budget — we issue a full refund to the original payment method automatically. You do not need to request it. You will receive an email when the refund is initiated.

2. 10-Pack credit restoration

When you spend a credit from a TIR 10-Pack and the resulting report fails to generate, the credit is automatically restored to your balance. You will not lose a credit for a report we could not produce.

3. Manual review

If you believe a delivered report contains a material factual error — for example, contract terms transcribed incorrectly that affect the conclusions — contact support@tenalytics.com within seven (7) days of delivery. We will review and either regenerate the report at no cost or, at our discretion, issue a refund.

4. Premium TIR (sales-led)

Premium TIRs are billed by invoice after a discovery call. Cancel before the discovery call for no charge. Once analysis begins, the invoice is due in full.

5. What is non-refundable

Completed Standard and Deep-Dive TIRs that were delivered successfully are non-refundable. Unused 10-Pack credits are non-refundable but transferable across properties in your portfolio.
